現行外僑居留證、外僑永久居留證及臺灣地區居留證等3種紙卡居留證，移民署公告自99年2月1日起，停止使用。The National Immigration Agency announcing the cancellation of three types of current paper (non-IC) resident certificates – Alien Resident Certificate (ARC), Alien Permanent Resident Certificate (APRC), and Taiwan Area Resident Certificate (TARC), to be effective from Feb 1, 2010.
