I originally registered on the EPA’s Environmental Education Lifelong Learning Net using my old UI No. Will changing to the new UI No. affect my personal account and learning record? Who can I contact if I have any questions about this?

After receiving notification of the UI No. change, the website will contact users about making the change or self-update the users’ personal information in accordance with its internal operating procedures, and the user will not need to proactively apply for this. If I use a new UI No. to apply for the Old Motorcycle Replacement Subsidy, do I still have to provide a copy of my old Alien Resident Certificate?

A person is entitled to apply for the Old Motorcycle Replacement Subsidy one time. To make certain an applicant is qualified for the subsidy, local environmental authorities will require applicants who have obtained a new UI No. to provide a copy of the old Alien Resident Certificate.

Will the change to the new UI No. affect application to a testing authority to be a tester?
Answer: No, it will not.

My academic certificate(s) bear my old UI No. If I apply to a testing authority to be a tester after I have changed to the new UI No., will this affect my application?

No, it will not. You will just need to provide supporting information of the Ministry of the Interior’s numbering change.

For a change of UI No., please fill out a name change application form, specify the change (such as change of name or UI No.), then send it together with your original certificate to the Environmental Professionals Training Institute to update the particulars on the certificate, and the institute will simultaneously update your information.
