It depends on when the court’s order is made. If the order to commence liquidation proceedings or declaration of bankruptcy is made before the party concerned receives a new UI No., only the old one can be used to find relevant information. On the other hand, if such order is made after allotment of new UI No., the relevant information should be found with the new UI No.
