1.Using Internet connection to complete the Taiwan Arrival Card (TWAC)
During the exercise period, mobile communication services may be temporarily affected. Travelers using mobile networks to complete the Taiwan Arrival Card (TWAC) may experience reduced network performance due to traffic throttling, which may affect normal access to the system.
To help ensure a smooth submission process, travelers are advised to:
●Use a fixed Internet connection (such as a home or office network) whenever possible.
●The Taiwan Arrival Card (TWAC) may be completed up to 7 days before your arrival in Taiwan. You are encouraged to complete your submission in advance.
●If you experience connection issues while completing the TWAC, please try again later or seek assistance from the National Immigration Agency staff at the airport.
2.Online application services
During the exercise period, mobile communication services may be temporarily affected. Users accessing the National Immigration Agency's online application services via mobile networks may experience reduced connection speeds, which may result in temporary difficulty accessing or using the online services.
To help ensure a smooth application process, users are advised to:

●If your application is not urgent, complete your online application after the exercise has concluded.
