How does a foreigner apply for registered data revisions?(Serial No. 0906)

Receiving units: The local NIA’s service center.
II. Required documents (verifying the original and take its copy).
1. A completed application form.
2. For address revision:
  (1) A passport with resident visa.
  (2) One 2”x2” colored photo, front head and shoulder, within six months.
  (3) Documents such as a lease, or other related certificate.
3. For personal data revision:
  (1) A passport with resident visa.
  (2) An ARC.
  (3) One 2”x2” colored photo, front head and shoulder, within six months.
  (4) Documents such as a certificate of birth, death, marriage, divorce, or an Approval Letter for foreign laborers to change their workplace.
IV. Fees: NT$500 (the re-issuance of a new ARC).
