V.Processing time:

¡@¡@¡@2.Ten days: foreign applicant.
VI.Fees:
¡@¡@A. NT $100 if application is filed in Taiwan.
¡@ B. Cash equivalent of US $5 (subject to adjustments) if application is filed at the
¡@¡@ overseas embassies or offices.
VII.Others:
¡@ A.Filing application by mail must be handled in person by the individual applicant:
¡@¡@ Following verification, the attached original of ID card will be mailed back to
¡@¡@ applicant¡¦s household registration address along with the ¡§certificate of entry
¡@¡@ and exit dates¡¨.
¡@ B.Travel agents applying for ¡§certificate of entry and exit dates¡¨ on behalf of
¡@¡@ other person(s) do not need to fill out a proxy certificate, but should place the
¡@¡@ executive¡¦s stamp of travel agency with the registration number. The filing
¡@¡@ documents must be delivered by a designated person with an ID badge issued
by the Tourism Bureau.
¡@ C.An immigration agency applying for ¡§certificate of entry and exit dates¡¨ on
¡@¡@ behalf of other person(s) should present one photocopy of the contract audited
¡@¡@ by an ROC certified lawyer authorizing the handling of immigration services.The
¡@¡@ filing documents must bedelivered by a designated person with an ID badge
issued by the ROC Immigration Agencies Association.
